The Study On The Cadre Education In Taiyue Revolutionary Base(1937-1949)

The initial stage of Anti-Japanese War witnessed the start of cadre education in Taiyue Revolutionary Base,which was devoted to adapt to the complex and severe struggle form.Cadre education was gradually becoming systematically and institutionally,compared with the short-term training courses in the initial stage of Anti-Japanese War.After experienced a revolution in the late period of the Anti-Japanese War,cadre education became more systematic,normal and unified,and eventually formed a complete education system.Cadre education encountered lots of difficulties because of the restricted material conditions and enemy's blockade.However,constantly adhering to the Party's leadership,cadre education in Taiyue Revolutionary Base makes continuous explorations and improvements to adjust itself to the current environment.Consequently,it has made tremendous achievements and developed unceasingly even faced with all kinds of obstacles.By combing the development vein of cadre education in the Taiyue Revolutionary Base,the paper analyzes and discusses the specific implementation of cadre education there.It aims to explore the advantages and disadvantages of the Taiyue Revolutionary Base in the advancement process,and to provide reference basis for today's cadre education.The paper consists of five parts except the introduction.The first part mainly describes the background of cadre education in the Taiyue Revolutionary Base,analyzing the favorable conditions of cadre education there.It aims at exploring the reason why it is urgent to tackle problems like the scarce number and disqualification of cadres in the Taiyue Revolutionary Base under the severe situation of the revolutionary struggle.The second part is a stage division of the cadre education development in the Taiyue Revolutionary Base during the Anti-Japanese War and the Liberation War,which introduces different situations of cadre education in the Taiyue Revolutionary Base in the two periods.The third part summarizes the specific implementation of cadre education in the Taiyue Revolutionary Base from the aspects of cadre education,learning content,learning system,teacher resources and student status.The fourth part summarizes the development characteristics of cadre education during the Anti-Japanese War and the Liberation War by analyzing the overall situation of cadreeducation.The fifth part analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the Taiyue Revolutionary Base.In addition,it discusses the influence of cadre education there on the revolutionary struggle and on the construction of the base areas at that time as well as its reference function on the current cadre education work.
