Adolescence is very important for the development of an individual's life. There will be more behaviors such as fighting, smoking, drinking, and unsafe sex during adolescence. In the high school period, its importance is even more self-evident for ordinary Chinese youth. From the existing research, there are not a few studies on the risk behaviors of adolescents.Explore the psychological mechanisms and influencing factors related to risk-taking behavior. However, such factors are more difficult to achieve effective improvement in actual intervention and control.Even if it can be improved,it is difficult to implement large-scale intervention. Therefore,it is necessary to find a highly feasible intervention method."Mindfulness" training has the potential to reduce adolescents' risk-taking behavior. At the same time,if the mindfulness training can make the young people's risk-taking tendency lower, then what is the intermediary between the mindfulness level and the risk-taking behavior. In this study,365 high school students were selected as subjects, and 292 participants participated in the questionnaire survey.84 participants(35 in the experimental group and 49 in the control group)participated in the experiment, and there was no overlap between the two.The mindfulness level of the experimental group was intervened in the way of mindfulness training, and the influence of mindfulness level on risk behavior was studied by means of risk behavior experiment, and the mechanism of mindfulness level,self-control and risk behavior was explored by questionnaire. The results show that according to the 6-week mindfulness training developed in the Mindfulness Decompression Workbook, the participants can significantly improve the total score of the Mindfulness Five-Factor Scale. In addition to the total score, the score on the “observation” dimension has also increased significantly. In the risk behavior experiment, the experimental group who participated in the mindfulness training had a significantly lower risk-taking tendency than the control group without the training.A complete mediator variable between mindfulness and risk behavior:self-control.The research clues in this paper are as follows: Mindfulness training can improve the mindfulness of the participants and raise the level of mindfulness. The participants show a lower risk-taking tendency. The level of mindfulness affects the risk behavior through its full mediator variable: self-control.of.Three clue nodes are also being compared to the three studies in this paper.
