The Study On Huang Kan's Zitong

This paper takes Huang Kan's comments on Shuowen Jiezi and Zitong edited by Huang Zhuo as research objects,collating and supplementing the contents of the first two volumes by quoting classics,refers to ancient scriptures,and evidences.This shows Mr.Huang's inheritance of Mr.Zhang's knowledge and his own thoughts.Therefore,the paper classifies the contents of Zitong,exploring the meaning of its terminology,explaining the core ideas of "fruiting" and "changing",and discussing the thoughts of "Lianyu","opposite meanings" and ancient characters embodied in Zitong.Finally,this dissertation briefly gives comments on the gains and losses of Zitong.
