A Study On Wei And Jin Origin Of Zhang Taiyan's Literary Creation And Personality Spirit

Zhang Taiyan is a famous modern revolutionary and scholar, his articles has a significant impact in the revolution of Chinese modern society. His literary thinking is very complex, strong nationalism, the way of Sinology in the scholarship, the vision from Confucian classics and philology, the retro trend, with these factors are intertwined, so that his literary style and ideas shows a distinct personality and rich connotation. Zhang Taiyan praise highly the literary and characters of the Wei and Jin Dynasties, and his works have a distinctive expression about the literature and culture of the Wei and Jin Dynasties. To make a deeper understanding about Zhang taiyan, it is very necessary that make a study on the relationship between Zhang Taiyan and the literature, culture of the Wei and Jin dynasties.This paper discusses the topic in three parts.The first chapter describes the historical background that the dispute between the parallel prose and the unparallel prose in the Qing Dynasty, and Zhang Taiyan's broad literature concept. Zhang taiyan opened up a broad view of literature. In the Section II of the chapter, I discusses that Zhang Taiyan praises highly the prose of the Wei and Jin Dynasties, and that Zhang's retro academic orientation. In the Section III of the chapter, by logical analyzing, I have summarized that there are three remarkable logic similarities between Zhang's political essays and the argumentative proses in Wei and Jin Dynaties:First, pay attention to the definition of the concept; second, the skillful use of Dilemma reasoning; third, the flexible use of reduction to absurdity.The second chapter reveals the similarities between "Critique of Poetry" and Zhang's poetic theory from three aspects. Chung Rong has an important influence on Zhang's poetic theory. Then this paper searches for the origin of Zhang Taiyan's poems by analysing the absorption and reference of the terms, forms, content, the literary quotations.The third Chapter try to explore Zhang Taiyan's spirit inherited from the Wei and Jin Dynasties by researching his act and thought. The intense spirit of Zhang Taiyan's shows that there are closely connection between his mind world and the spirit of the wise in the Wei and Jin Dynasties. In Zhang's strong remember to the wise in the Wei and Jin Dynasties, we can find his political ambitions, great concern to the time and society, which can reveal there is a spiritual resonance with the wise of the Wei and Jin Dynasties in Zhang's mind.In brief, Zhang's acceptance to the culture of the Wei and Jin Dynasties is in all around. This paper tries to show more clearly the relationship between the poems, articles, spirit of Zhang Taiyan's and the culture of Wei and Jin Dynasties. This paper discusses the topic in several aspects such as the literature concept, the logic of articles, poetry theory, spirit, and figures he praised.
