The child sexual assault has been seen as the“silent culture” for a long time in the oriental culture.Of course,it is in the recent that the problem has been paid more attention in China,but sadly,the cases reported by the media every year are fairly few,so there are countless children being hurt...Despite this,up to now,the issue has failed to be valued.However,the problem has been rising across the world,leaving families and society great harm,and even the whole life of people.First of all,the author is to summarize the current situation of child sexual assault,finding the sexual assault happening at a high rate.Based on the research on literature at home and abroad,a conclusion is drawn that children of every gender,age,race,ethnicity,background,socioeconomic status and family structure are at risk of sexual assault,where there is no exception.Then the paper is to explore the cognitive characteristics and the visual and psychological characteristics of children in color at different ages,so as to have a better understanding of children's preferences in reading.According to analysis of the current domestic and international children's picture books with children's sex education as its core in the market.It is found that most of them focus on simple sex education and physiological knowledge with less children's anti-sexual education,and at the same time,those books also lay a solid foundation for the painting creation of children's anti-sexual assault education through situational teaching.Finally,through the collection of 674 cases of child sexual assault and analysis of the characteristics of the victim,case,and inflictor,the author finds that the victims are made up of more girls,and meanwhile,the number of the boys is increasing year by year so it is impossible to ignore it.The ages of 7-14 are morelikely to be assaulted;the cases are mainly made by acquaintances,and those basically happen in the campus,and in other words,the teacher is more likely to be the inflictor;the network sexual assault tend to be more serious and has become the second main causes in the statistics of the relationship between the victim and the inflictor in 2018.Owing to the differences in historical and cultural backgrounds and national conditions at home and abroad,foreign picture books may fail to play a role in children and parents in China.Therefore,it is necessary to design educational readings that are consistent with China's national conditions.In the end,based on the research and theory mentioned above,the author summarizes the visual needs,information needs and reading experience needs of children to extract their characteristics.Then the author is to create the painting creation of children's anti-sexual assault education based on situational teaching on the basis of the basic situation of child sexual assault with the actual picture as a support.Meanwhile,the author is to make primary exploration on the feasibility of education through the situational teaching to prevent child sexual assault.
