Belongs to import due to Urban choreography(Urban Dance),as an emerging sports Dance,the current domestic haven't experts and scholars on Urban choreography(Urban Dance)structure and contents of the special physical training,systematic carding and research on its domestic related research base in the humanities and social science,sports injury,event,etc.,physical training professional practice paper too little,so the theoretical research of this paper to bring a lot of pressure.The author's theoretical research and discussion on the specific physical training content of Urban Dance dancers will play a role in attracting more attention in this field.Through expert interview,questionnaire survey,combined with literature,observation and their training experience for many years,based on the analysis and discussion was made on the basis of the related content of urban choreography dancer special physical training idea and the content of urban choreography dancer special physical training idea of design is divided into four levels: 1.The basic action pattern stage.Through the learning of basic movement patterns and the cultivation of body posture,it is beneficial for the body to find the proprioception and at the same time to prevent and reduce the injury in the later weight-bearing exercise.2.Basic physical fitness stage.Strength is the foundation of physical fitness.Through traditional physical training,it focuses on training dancers' maximum strength and explosive force,while developing dancers' strength endurance,cardiopulmonary endurance,speed,agility,coordination and flexibility.Step up physical fitness.Through the multi-plane body isolation development exercise,the body feeling,the basic breathing way training achieves the trainer to project the cognition and the ontology feeling cognition,through the multi-plane power exercise promotes the body control force.4.Specific practice stage.Combine dance elements,expressive force and music to carry out special skill exercises.According to the results of analysis and discussion,the following suggestions are put forward: 1.Dancers should combine the concept of shape beauty and pay attention to the dancer's own curve;2.Before training,they should evaluate the dancer's posture and function,record the dancer's posture and function problems,solve them pertinently in the later training,and adjust them in time;3.In the process of dancer's skill and physical training,they should pay attention to the dancer's own curve.It is suggestedthat coaches or dancers should enrich their physical training knowledge to provide more comprehensive and specific physical training content for dance enthusiasts.
