Tibetan dance has been developed for a long time in China,and its artistic characteristics and ethnic characteristics have been confirmed,but the fitness value based on the unique movement form of Tibetan dance has not been systematically studied and confirmed.Based on the needs of public health and the inheritance and development of Tibetan dance,it is an urgent work to systematically sort out the fitness value of Tibetan dance and verify its fitness value in practice.Research purposes: using the method of combining theory and practice,this paper empirically studies the fitness value of Tibetan dance,so as to make the public more clearly understand its specific fitness value and sports characteristics,so as to select Tibetan dance according to the needs of fitness,so as to improve the level of physical health.Through this study,we can promote the development of Tibetan dance in the field of mass fitness in China,broaden the path of mass fitness in China,and improve the public health level.Research methods: through the methods of literature review and focus group discussion,this study qualitatively studies the value of Tibetan dance in four aspects: physical function,physical quality,body shape and mental health,and empirically studies the fitness value of Tibetan dance in four aspects through experimental method.Research results:(1)after the experiment,there was significant difference between the two groups in pelvic retroversion(P<0.01)and knee hyperextension(P<0.05).After the experiment,there was no significant difference in the body weight and waist circumference between the two groups,but the body weight and waist circumference of the two groups decreased significantly.(2)After the experiment,there were significant differences between the two groups in vertical jump and straight three-dimensional flexion(P<0.05).After the experiment,there was no significant difference in the 12 minute running value between the two groups(P>0.05).(3)There were significant differences in vital capacity and step test values between the two groups before and after the experiment(P>0.05).(4)There was no significant difference in anger between the two groups(P>0.05).After the experiment,there were significant differences in the values of anxiety,depression and tension between the two groups(P<0.05).Research conclusion:(1)participating in Tibetan dance can reduce the weight of the participants,and at the same time help to reduce their waistline.Pelvic retroversion and knee hyperextension are the unique fitness value elements of Tibetan dance.Participation in Tibetan dance can improve the bad body shape of pelvic retroversion and knee hyperextension.(2)The physical fitness value of Tibetan dance includes three aspects: lower limb strength,lower limb flexibility and aerobic endurance.The unique lower limb flexion and extension movement of Tibetan Dance brings more in-depth strength stimulation to the muscles around the knee joint,and the lower limb strength increases with it.The flexibility of lower limbs was increased by varied and large range of lower limb movements.Tibetan dance is an aerobic energy supply based sport,which can promote the aerobic endurance of the subjects.(3)The body function value of Tibetan dance includes lung ventilation function and cardiovascular system function.Tibetan dance is a typical aerobic endurance exercise,which can improve the body’s ability to absorb oxygen and lung ventilation function.Through participating in Tibetan dance,the heart pumping function and human blood circulation of the subjects were developed,and their cardiovascular system function was improved.(4)Tibetan dance has the characteristics of perseverance,optimism and positive.Participating in Tibetan dance can reduce its bad mood and effectively change the three bad psychological states of depression,anxiety and tension. |
