| For a long time,the issue of "agriculture,countryside and farmers" has been the fundamental issue of our socialist revolution,construction and reform.The strategy of Rural Revitalization put forward at the Nineteenth National Congress is the primary tool for solving the problems of agriculture,countryside and farmers during the decisive stage in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Rural revitalization requires both shaping and soul-shaping.The revitalization of rural culture is the soul project of rural revitalization.The Central Committee Document No.1 of 2018,Opinions on Implementing the Strategy of Vitalizing Rural Areas,put forward "Prosperity and Prosperity of Rural Culture,Rejuvenation of Rural Style,Civilization and New Meteorology",pointing out the direction for the revitalization of rural culture in the new era.Rural cultural auditorium is a basic cultural platform for rural areas in Zhejiang Province in the new era,based on the growing spiritual and cultural needs of farmers and the reality of rural cultural development at this stage,with "spiritual home" as its orientation.It is an important carrier for inheriting and developing excellent traditional rural culture,strengthening ideological and moral construction in rural areas,and enriching the spiritual and cultural life of farmers.It is also an important way to realize the revitalization of rural culture.Exploring the effectiveness,problems and causes of rural cultural auditorium construction and corresponding countermeasures can provide reference for better construction and use of rural cultural auditorium in the future and play its functions.Firstly,starting with the relevant concepts of rural cultural revitalization and rural cultural auditorium,this paper explores the relationship between rural cultural revitalization and rural cultural auditorium construction,and combs the relevant theories of Marxist cultural construction theory,rural community cultural construction theory,cultural governance theory and so on.Secondly,on this basis,taking theconstruction of rural cultural auditorium in Sanren Township,Suichang County,Zhejiang Province as the object of investigation,using questionnaire survey and interview method to understand the basic situation of Sanren Township and the background of the construction of rural cultural auditorium,to explore the advantages of the construction of rural cultural auditorium in Sanren Township.Thirdly,by sorting out the information collected by questionnaires and interviews,this paper summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of the construction of rural cultural auditorium in Sanren Township,and on this basis,explores the causes of the problems.Finally,from the perspective of the revitalization of rural culture,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the long-term development of rural cultural auditorium construction from the following four aspects: broadening the sources of construction funds,multi-channel construction of talent team,training professional talents,in-depth excavation of connotation,increasing the attractiveness of cultural auditorium,and improving the operation and management mechanism. |
