At present,the number of students with learning difficulties in English subject in rural junior middle schools is increasing,and the situation is becoming more and more serious.How to educate and transform this part of students with learning difficulties is the focus and responsibility that every front-line English teacher needs to pay attention to.Based on the relevant researches on the transformation of students with learning difficulties at home and abroad,the author uses interview,observation,questionnaire and other research methods to conduct empirical research,with the English students and teachers in the middle school of Hengyang County G as the research object,investigate and analyze the rural areas.The current situation of junior high school English learning difficulties,and through the study of the results of the survey combined with individual interviews,to analyze the causes of learning difficulties in rural English learning difficulties.From the perspective of teachers and students,the reasons for the formation of students include: learning interest,learning motivation,learning methods,learning will,etc.;teacher factors include: teacher morality,professional quality,teaching methods,teaching ability,etc..The underlying causes of learning difficulties in rural English learning students mainly include family factors and social environmental factors.Family factors include the lack of parental companionship and poor family education environment.Social environmental factors include the issue of educational equity,and rural economic development affects educational investment.The secularization of the rural cultural environment is obvious.To improve the serious problem of poor English students in rural junior high schools,we must start from multiple dimensions and need the joint efforts of students themselves,teachers,families and society.Personally,improve students’ interest in English learning,cultivate good study habits,enable students to learn and apply knowledge independently and happily,and finally achieve the effect of truly improving English learning ability of English learners;in teacher education,comprehensively improve rural junior middle school English The core literacy of teachers is to improve the teaching level of teachers from the aspects of adopting flexible and varied teaching methods,creating efficient classrooms,implementing layered teaching,repeatedly consolidating foundations,focusing on academic guidance and establishing a harmonious relationship between teachers and students.In family education,parents need to participate in the education of students with learning difficulties and improve family education methods.The social environment is one of the important external factors affecting rural English students.In terms of social and environmental factors,the transformation of rural English students needs to promote the process of education fairness,promote rural economic development,and strengthen the construction of rural cultural environment.
