The Relationship Between Rationality Cultural Inheritance And Economic Development Under The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

In October 2017,the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated for the first time “the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization”.The 2017 Central Economic Work Conference and the Central Rural Work Conference further clarified the overall thinking and specific ways,requiring traditional ethnic villages to be “industry”.Prosperous,ecologically livable,civilized,well-managed,and prosperous." However,the development practice of the existing ethnic regions proves that economic development and traditional cultural heritage are paradoxical.Shangliao Natural Village in Jingning County,Zhejiang Province is a She village with relatively remote geographical position and relatively backward economic development.Its traditional culture is well preserved,but its economic development is relatively backward.The author investigates the protection and inheritance status of Shangliao Village's traditional culture and the status and characteristics of economic development,and finds that they have a mutually restrictive relationship in their development.On the one hand,traditional culture has a promoting and restrictive effect on economic development;on the other hand,economic development provides protection for the inheritance of traditional culture and also hinders the development of traditional culture.The realization of rural revitalization in Shangliao Village can be started from the following aspects.First of all,we must rationally look at the relationship between traditional cultural heritage and economic development.Recognizing that traditional culture itself is a rare tourism resource,it can promote economic development.As long as scientific and rational development of traditional culture can develop tourism economy,it must also adhere to local conditions.Second,we must innovate the way traditional culture is transformed into economic benefits.We can start from transforming traditional agriculture and promote the transformation from traditional agriculture to modernization.At the same time,we must also pay attention to the combination of culture and economy,increase economic returns through multiple channels,fully explore traditional cultural resources,and vigorously develop cultural industries.Finally,talents are the basic guarantee for development.It is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of talents,protect and develop existing human resources,organically combine various educational methods,and strengthen vocational education.Only under the guidance of scientific theory,correctly handle the relationship between traditional cultural inheritance and economic development,adhere to local conditions,scientific and rational development concepts,and practical and feasible development paths,can realize the benign interaction between traditional cultural inheritance and economic development,and realize both Coordinated development.
