A Brief Analysis Of The Presentation Of Montage Techniques In Contemporary Figurative Painting

As one of the oldest art creations of human beings,the art of painting can even be traced back to ancient society.In the history of Western art,painting is always at the top of the pyramid.However,this situation has changed dramatically in modern society.Painting has lost its original mainstream position.People are no longer fascinated by the appreciation of the picture,but more concerned with the entertaining and eye-catching world,while painting presents a state of inferiority.The development of film creation has greatly affected traditional art.Today,montage is synonymous with film creation,which is not unique to filmmakers.Because montage is constantly explored and borrowed from other disciplines because of its own diversity and integration.The aesthetic feeling that montage brings to people is one of the laws of artistic creation,which is manifested in art forms such as architecture,painting and literature.Therefore,montage is not only a technique,but a unique way of thinking and artistic creation,that is,refining,processing,selecting and generalizing materials.In the 20 th century,Soviet director and film theorist Kurischoff studied how to use narratives to edit narratives and combine irrelevant shots to express different thoughts and emotions.In one experiment,Kurischoff took five shots first,and then combined them into a film passage by editing.The exact same lens formed a completely different meaning due to the different splicing order.This experiment shows that the effects of montage are undoubtedly very diverse.The montage and the selection and processing of various elements in contemporary figurative paintings are similar.This paper analyzes the relationship between montage and contemporary figurative painting,and expounds the role and significance of montage.In this paper,the author analyzes and sorts out the montage techniques in art works,clearly defines the development context and the shallow to deep painting process.It not only summarizes the previous experience,but also gives people enlightenment,which will promote the development of painting art and applied to painting.This article is divided into four chapters:In the first chapter,the author expounds the concepts and connections between montage and contemporary figurative painting.The author then studies the purpose and significance of the relationship.In the second chapter,the author expounds the aesthetic features of montage in painting.In the third chapter,the author specifically analyzes five artists who use the montage to create paintings in contemporary figurative paintings,including three Western artists and two Chinese artists.The fourth chapter is the influence of montage on the author's own creation,as well as conclusions and prospects.
