"Montage" Technique’s Inspiration On My Oil Painting Creation

In the modern art creation,the boundaries between different art fields tend to be blurred.Art researchers constantly break through the traditional aesthetic concepts and expressions in their respective fields of art,and tirelessly try and study different creative thinking and techniques.The concept of montage wandered in many fields of art,it can bring a lot of positive effects to the painting creation to a certain extent.Even though Montage had been shown in early paintings,it did not obtain more research or development until it was applied into the film.Believing that the use of montage’s thought and methods from the film to the field of painting can increase the possibility and color of the painting,thus the author gives a through exploration and thinking upon the use of montage in painting creation.The author’s research on montage in painting is more than just a simple regression,but it superimposes more ways of the film category,so that the paintings can appear with wide variety in content and form and can better serve the creative practice,expecting to provide a new dimension of creative thinking.The author divides the main body of this thesis into five parts.The first part is the introduction part,which analyzes the research background and research status of this topic,illuminates the research purpose and research methods;the second part of this thesis mainly expounds related concepts of montage,reflecting that the essence of the combination of painting and montage is a structural approach,explains the multi-level structural characteristics and the structural characteristics of multi-time and space shown by Montage in his painting,herein serves as the basic explanation below.The third part,with the typical examples of the application of montage in some paintings,analysis such application representation as the parallel montage,contrast montage,metaphorical montage,recurring montage and juggling montages;In the fourth part,the author,combined with the my own oil painting creations,from the element reconstruction,the element recurrence,the multi-view arrangement and the produced meaning ablation,the sensory association effect angle to explains the influence of montage on the concept and structure of my oil painting;In the fifth part,the author summarizes the application of montage structure in painting,and by reflecting on my own oil painting creation,gives an outlook towards his future creation.
