The Study On The Development And Evolution Of The Traditional Cultural Views Of The CPC’S Since Reform And Opening-up

Chinese excellent traditional culture is the endless spiritual power of Chinese civilization,the source of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,and the powerful ideological support for realizing the great Chinese dream.The Communist Party of China has attached great importance to traditional culture since its founding.Since the reform and opening up,with the further development of globalization,Chinese traditional culture and foreign culture have a fierce collision.Under the background of the new era,the Communist Party of China adheres to the principle of keeping pace with the times,recognizes Chinese traditional culture,and has experienced 40 years of development and evolution of its policy towards traditional culture.It has gradually formed a distinctive traditional cultural concept,which plays an important role in governing the country and improving the soft power of Chinese culture.This study uses literature research,historical research and comparative analysis to study the development and evolution of the CPC’s traditional cultural concept since the reform and opening up.On the basis of defining the related concepts such as culture,traditional culture and traditional cultural concept,the background and process,characteristics and rules,experience and Enlightenment of its development and evolution are studied.According to the characteristics of the CPC’s traditional cultural concept in different stages since the reform and opening up,the article divides its development process into three stages: 1978-1989(critical inheritance),1990-2011(inheritance and promotion),and 2012-present(innovation promotion).In this process of continuous development and evolution,due to the different backgrounds of the times,the traditional cultural outlook of the Communist Party of China also presents different characteristics,which deeply reflects the distinct characteristics of the times.The Communist Party of China inherits and innovates the traditional culture from the aspects of traditional ideological schools,disciplines and institutional spirit,so that it has a wide range of comprehensiveness.On the basis of the national conditions and the needs of the times,the Communist Party of China has creatively developed the traditional culture to adapt to the development and changes of society,with a high degree of innovation.On the basis of summing up the historical experience of the development and evolution of the CPC’s traditional cultural outlook,the paper tries to put forward some enlightenments for the CPC to continue to promote innovative traditional culture: 1.adhere to Marxism as a guide;2.adhere to people-centered;3.adhere to innovation as a driving force.4.Adhere to the overall promotion of traditional culture and economic development.
