profound summary of history,but also an accurate grasp of the era.It is the mission of the CPC to inherit and develop the excellent Chinese traditional culture,revitalize the Chinese culture and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,which is the development requirement of the era and the expectation of the people.To investigate the party’s inheritance and development of the outstanding traditional culture since the reform and opening up,it is consistent with the scientific attitude of inheriting critically from the standpoint,viewpoint and method of Marxism;The same spirit of logic main line of localization of Marxism in China;Has been insisting on the goal orientation of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.It not only highlights the national features of Marxist Sinicization,but also endows traditional culture with scientificity and contemporaneity.It systematically sorts out the historical context of the party’s inheritance and development of excellent traditional culture since the reform and opening up,scientifically cognizes the periodic characteristics of the party’s inheritance and development of traditional culture since the reform and opening up,and comprehensively summarizes the party’s basic experience in inheriting and developing traditional culture since the reform and opening up,which is the inner approach and basic logic to comprehensively upgrade the party’s leadership to the people’s ability of creative conversion and innovative development to traditional culture.This paper looks at the research on the succession and development of excellent traditional culture of the CPC since the reform and opening up,by sorting out and summarizing the party for inheritance and development of excellent traditional culture in the early stage of reform and opening up,the new stage of the new century and the new era,including the analysis of the party’s specific era conditions of inheriting and developing traditional culture in different periods and the international and domestic environment,the teasing of the basic contents of inheriting and developing excellent traditional culture by the the communist party of China.Chapter two investigates and discusses the party’s inheritance and development of excellent traditional culture in the early stage of reform and opening up.Since 1978,the inheritance and development of the excellent traditional culture of the party have embodied mostly in the concrete practice of Sinicization of Marxism,insisting on Marxism as a guide to inherit critically traditional culture.The party also creatively used the valuable contents of traditional culture to enrich and develop Sinicized Marxism,and formed a practical and realistic scientific view to excellent traditional culture.Deng Xiaoping was adept at not only quoting the ancient classics,giving play to language forms with national characteristics and easy to understand,so as to interpret the new theory and viewpoint,but pay more attention to use the position,opinion and method of Marxism,integrated the outstanding thought achievement in traditional culture into the construction of spiritual civilization,flexibly applied the thought achievements with contemporary values in traditional culture to serve the reform,opening up and socialist modernization.Such as,the thought of seeking truth from facts versus absorbing and surpassing the ancient thought of "learning from the world to apply it";the "three benefits" standard versus sublation and development for the traditional justice benefit value;the thought of common prosperity versus a criticism and a development of the ancient equalitarianism thought;the thought of "moderately prosperous society" versus inheritance and development to the ancient well-off ideal,etc.In this process,the principles and methods of delving into,assimilating,melting and developing traditional culture are clarified,which promote the modernization transformation of traditional culture and make the socialist modernization construction possess more Chinese characteristics.Especially since the 1990 s,the party has laid more stress on the influential role of traditional culture in cultural construction in the course of exploring the modernization of excellent traditional Chinese culture,it has a more positive attitude towards traditional culture and has devoted to discussing some issues concerning the promotion of excellent national culture,with a greater sense of mission to inherit and carry forward the splendid cultural traditions of the Chinese nation.Chapter three investigates and discusses the CPC’s inheritance and development of excellent traditional culture in the new century.During this period,the party put a new premium on the inheritance and development of traditional culture,and standing in the strategic height of constructing socialism advanced culture,scientifically revealed the inner relation between Jinping stressed several times the important value of Chinese excellent traditional culture for the party in governing and rejuvenating the country,insisting with a world view and methodology of historical materialism,standing on the strategic height to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,examining and inheriting the outstanding traditional culture,and has formed the view of cultural self-confidence of party in the new era to inherit and carry forward the fine traditional culture.Under the background of the new era,the party regards the splendid traditional culture as the “root” and “soul” of the Chinese nation,and proposes to creatively transform and innovatively develop it.At the same time,it came up with more specific measures to carry forward national culture,which culture on many important occasions at home and abroad,comprehensively interpreting the CPC’s view of traditional culture.In the new age,while revitalizing the Chinese culture,the party has laid more emphasis on the dissemination of traditional culture to the outside world,actively introduced the excellent Chinese traditional culture to the world,to lift the international influence of the Chinese national spirit.Chapter five discusses and summarizes the basic principles and approach of the CPC to inherit and develop the excellent traditional culture.The historical experience of the CPC in inheriting and developing traditional culture is both the valuable wealth of the CPC and the historical textbook that the CPC should use for reference in the future.Based on the conclusion of the previous experience,this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges of inheriting and developing traditional culture,and combined with the current development status of traditional culture,defines the aim,finds the right direction,puts forward the basic principles and methods of inheriting and developing traditional culture,which is of great significance.We should adhere to the
