During the Republic of China,it was a very difficult and successful period of development of music education in Hunan middle school.Hunan Guangyi Middle School,as the predecessor of the Hunan Normal University High School,one of the “Four Famous Schools” in Changsha,had a large number of outstanding music talents such as Ouyang Yuqian.However,compared with the other middle schools in Changsha,such as the Provincial One Middle School and the Mingde Middle School,there are still some studies on the music education activities of Guangyi Middle School.Therefore,this paper wants to base on the historical materials of the literature and the recalls of relevant personnel,and strive to restore the historical facts and analyze them in order to supplement the historical research,enrich the historical image of Hunan middle school music education during the Republic of China,and draw on its experience and lessons to provide a certain music education.Reference comments.This paper is divided into three parts: the introduction,the main chapter and the conclusion.The introduction summarizes the original literature and the existing research results,and summarizes the significance,literature and methods of the research.In the main chapter,the first chapter combines the macro background of Hunan privatesecondary education to introduce the development of Hunan Guangyi Middle School during the Republic of China.The second chapter analyzes and summarizes the moral education of music education from the four aspects of music education system,classroom teaching,extracurricular activities and music education in Guangyi Middle School,"activity","difference",and four characteristics of school songs.The third chapter discusses the significance of the music education of Guangyi Middle School to the historical development at that time and the enlightenment to the current music education.In conclusion,it is concluded that although the music education of Guangyi Middle School in the Republic of China has certain inadequacies,it has had a positive impact on the music culture and social and political development during the Republic of China.The current music education should learn from each other's strengths can be used for reference.
