The traditional Chinese festival culture has been circulating all the time,which embodies the strong identity of the Chinese people.At the same time,the traditional Chinese festival is also a window for the world to understand Chinese culture,and it is also an important kernel for Chinese culture to move towards the world.In the process of cross-cultural communication during the Spring Festival in China,the group of overseas students is the object that can not be ignored in cultural exchange and cultural communication.Based on the perspective and theoretical framework of cross-cultural communication,this paper analyzes the communication path and effect of Chinese New year culture in the group of overseas students from the perspective of the author's personal work "the year of China in the eyes of overseas students".This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which expounds the background and significance of the design of works,and summarizes the results of current academic and practical research from two aspects: theoretical research and referential works.The second chapter is divided into three parts: the elaboration of the creation process,the research methods,the innovation points and difficulties in the design of the works.The creative process of the work is summarized from five aspects: the selection of the topic,the type of the work,the theme appeal,the object of shooting and the period of shooting.Secondly,four kinds of research methods are summarized,which are literature research,case study,comparative study and character interview.Finally,the innovation points and difficulties of the work are summarized.The third chapter analyzes the communication path of Spring Festival culture in the group of overseas students from the perspective of cross-culture from the three dimensions of micro,medium and macro.The communication dimension at the micro level is divided into intra-human communication and interpersonal communication,and the meso-level communication dimension is analyzed from the perspective of organizational communication and group communication.The communication dimension of macro-level is to put the spread of Chinese New year culture in China from the angle of national image transmission and city image transmission.The fourth chapter analyzes the effect of Spring Festival culture in thegroup of foreign students from the perspective of cross-cultural communication from four stages: cultural strangers,cultural shock,cultural adaptation and cultural identity.The fifth chapter summarizes the main ideas and points of view.
