Problems And Countermeasures In The Construction Of Zhejiang Rural Cultural Auditorium

With the implementation of the relevant policies of the central government on strengthening rural cultural construction,the construction of new rural culture has become an important task to meet the spiritual needs of the peasants and to prosper the cultural life of the peasants.The construction of the rural cultural auditorium in Zhejiang Province implements the theme of “cultural halls and spiritual homes”,strengthens the public cultural services of townships,combines the traditional cultural connotations of rural areas with the requirements of modern cultural development,and builds the soul harbor and spiritual garden of the peasant masses.This innovative rural cultural construction measures have enhanced the diversity of farmers’ cultural life and organically combined traditional and modern,cultural life and ideological education.It is a unique cultural construction achievement in Zhejiang Province and is important for the improvement of farmers’ quality of life.This paper first expounds the background,purpose and significance of the construction of the rural cultural auditorium.Taking Jiexi Village as an example,this paper expounds the current situation of the construction of the rural cultural auditorium in Guimen Township,Changle Town,Shengzhou City,the achievements and the rural cultural auditorium of Jiexi Village.Afterwards,the problems existing in the construction of the rural cultural auditorium in Jiexi Village were analyzed.The participation of the villagers in the activities of the government organizations was not high.The cultural activities did not meet the expectations of the farmers.The cultural halls were idle.The government held the cultural hall.The guidance,management and utilization of the construction have fallen into great difficulties,and the government expects that the functions played by the cultural auditorium will not be well realized.Then it traces the root of the existing problems,that is,the development contradiction under the government-led mode;the lack of scientific and effective bureaucratic mechanism for the construction of rural cultural auditorium;the imbalance of government supply and villagers’ demand;the shortage of funds and talents for cultural hall construction The rural cultural auditorium has short-sighted behaviors of ‘rebuilding and light management’;lack of rural cultural management talents.Finally,propose solutions to existing problems.
