Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Integrating Local Elements Into The Construction Of Rural Cultural Hall In O District Of W City

Rural Cultural Hall is a grass-roots cultural facility in Zhejiang Province since 2013,in order to promote the construction of rural spiritual civilization and the prosperity of grass-roots culture.The rural area is the starting point and foothold of Rural Cultural Hall;the local elements are the important elements that must be used and reflected in the construction of Rural Cultural Hall.However,in the actual construction of Rural Cultural Hall in O District of W City,there are still some problems in the integration of local elements,such as it’s difficult to guarantee the application of local elements,no in-depth connotation,the mass connection needs to be improved,and so on.The paper aims to adopt the research methods of literature research,field investigation,questionnaire survey,and new public service theory,socialist rural culture with Chinese characteristics theory to analyze the problems existing in the construction of Rural Cultural Hall in O District of W City,and studies the countermeasures and suggestions on further exploring the connotation and effect of local elements,improving the construction of Rural Cultural Hall and meeting the spiritual and cultural needs of the masses.Specifically,the first part mainly expounds the concept and connotation of “local elements” “Rural Cultural Hall” and “construction of Rural Cultural Hall”,and the relevant theoretical support.According to the actual construction of Rural Cultural Hall in O District of W City,the second part sums up and analyzes the main forms of integrating local elements into the construction of Rural Cultural Hall in this area,namely,the integrated construction of public facilities,building regional theme Rural Cultural Hall,take demands of masses as Rural Cultural Hall service supply’s orientation and social forces participate in the construction of Rural Cultural Hall.The third part analyzes the problems of integrating local elements into the construction of Rural Cultural Hall in O District of W City,such as the integration of public facilities into Rural Cultural Hall is restricted by conditions,the regional culture of the Rural Cultural Hall are not integrated deeply,and the masse are not fully involved in the construction of Rural Cultural Hall.The fourth part focuses on the main causes of these problems,such as there is a contradiction between the actual conditions and the requirements of Rural Cultural Hall construction,people have insufficient understanding of the connotation and application of local elements,and the characteristics of local population elements do not match the construction of Rural Cultural Hall.On the basis of the above problem research and cause analysis,the fifth part puts forward the countermeasures to solve and optimize the problems,such as breaking the traditional construction form of Rural Cultural Hall,government takes the lead in the research and application of local elements,giving full play to the important role of the masses in the construction of Rural Cultural Hall.
