The concept of "mirror" comes from the French psychoanalyst Jacques Lacan. The subject of Lacan's mirror research phase is that he confirms his identity through "Medium in the Mirror" and achieves the result of "identifying me in the mirror." The media also has a mirroring function. In the "New Left Media Image",Gitlin pointed out that the media constructs the world in the eyes of the audience and is also constructed by the world. The media reflects the world in a similar way to the "mirror imitation" of people's daily mirrors.Based on this, this article uses the mainstream newspapers in the north as a mirror to study Guangdong during the first National Revolution. In the era when newspapers and periodicals were the main media, the dissemination of information in mainstream newspapers in the north provided an important way for people to understand Guangdong and even China, and portrayed the reality of Guangdong's modern society. This paper selects five mainstream newspapers and periodicals in the north as the main historical materials, and uses text analysis to interpret the present situation of the mainstream newspapers in the north from the perspective of media mirroring. As the newspapers and periodicals under the jurisdiction of the Beijing government, the mainstream newspapers in the north show the following situation in the political, economic and social movements of Guangdong: politically portraying the frequent wars in Guangdong, not only the multiple forces in the province, but also the revolutionary regime. It is also a political picture in which the warlords have pre-emptively removed the revolutionary regime. However,in this political situation, the Kuomintang and the Communist Party have achieved the first cooperation in the form of political organization. The Russian Communist International has lend a helping hand in the international arena. In the process of counter-revolution,the combination of revolutionary forces and the people has continuously strengthened the revolutionary forces. Therefore,Guangdong The National Government has been able to steadily stabilize the regime in the war.Economically, the mainstream newspapers in the north presented the Guangdong national government with financial constraints and the Guangdong people who suffered natural disasters and man-made disasters. The business group can still form a military strength that rivals the government, and the government can make a total economic picture for the military. At that time, the social situation was complicated and the destruction of natural disasters brought a heavy blow to the Guangdong economy. The economic situation in Guangdong is not optimistic. In terms of social movements, due to Guangdong Binhai, the Western powers carried out a semi-colonial economy earlier. With the imperialist aggression and the spread of Western thoughts, the social movements of the Guangdong people were mostly anti-imperialist.It is also because the Western thoughts influence the Guangdong people in a subtle way,so the Guangdong workers are consciously defending their own interests. This article not only presents the "image" of the Guangdong mirror in the mainstream newspapers in the north, but also summarizes the mirror features of the mainstream newspapers and periodicals in the process of constructing Guangdong mirrors. The major newspapers and magazines use important events as "quotes" and focus on small narratives. At present, the bureau restores historical details;when newspapers and periodicals involve national sovereignty, they assume the social responsibilities that newspapers and magazines should have. However,in the portrayal of internal affairs, they have their own positions. On this basis,we explored why the mainstream newspapers in the north constructed the Guangdong landscape. The newspapers and magazines,as a "social instrument, should pay attention to Guangdong, which is the origin of the revolution, and the Guangdong National Government, which is opposed to the northern government.Newspapers and magazines also have the responsibility to present the situation.Complete its social mission.
