Research On The Library 's Protection Of Intangible Cultural Heritage

The legacy of human civilization, is not only a magnificent world heritage sites,including a rich non-material cultural heritage. Meet the desires of the human conquest of nature if the world heritage, the intangible cultural heritage the human spiritual world of magnificent. However, with the development of science and technology, the spirit world is more calm, is facing the danger of extinction of intangible cultural heritage, safeguarding of the intangible cultural heritage was imminent. The protection of intangible cultural heritage is a very meaningful and big projects, related to the cultural institutions and everyone around him. Libraries’ safeguarding the intangible cultural heritage is the duties and responsibilities of libraries. From specifies the relevant laws in China until now, on the library work in the protection of intangible cultural heritage, there are still a lot of problems, needs to be further increased and improved. Therefore, we hope that libraries ’ safeguarding the intangible cultural heritage the amount of theoretical and practical research, to offer protection.This paper starts with the basic theory of non-material cultural heritage were discussed about the intangible cultural heritage categories, definitions, and specific protection, combined with existing theories put forward some of its views. And then for the library and the construction of the link between intangible cultural heritage both on mutual relations, used to illustrate the necessity of libraries ’ safeguarding the intangible cultural heritage. Finally, the author surveys the status of libraries’ safeguarding the intangible cultural heritage, and the condition and found some problems and put forward step corresponding to the problem of optimization strategies.
