Well-being is an important subject that human beings have been exploring and pursuing, and it is also one of the hotspots that has been paid close attention to by researchers from philosophy, psychology, pedagogy and other disciplines.Enhancing the people's well-being was an important content stressed by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. There is a large number of rural-to-urban migrant children in China, and due to the limitations of various social resources, especially educational resources, their well-being level is significantly lower than that of urban children. Therefore, improving the well-being of migrant children is an important social issue. At present, there are still some limitations in the study of migrant children, such as the researches in migrant children lag behind that of ordinary children, and mostly based on the perspective of problems, and usually exploring relationships which are single or simple.Above all, this current study turned to base a positive perspective, and explore the complex mechanism, aiming to finding out ways to enhance the well-being of migrant children. To explore the effect of perceived discrimination on life satisfaction among rural-to-urban migrant children, this study constructed a moderated mediation model that examined whether the general belief in a just world mediated the relation between perceived discrimination and life satisfaction, and whether this mediating process was moderated by teacher support. The results are as follows:(1)Migrant children's perceived discrimination, the general belief in a just world, teacher support and life satisfaction are significant different in gender, school type, grade and the time in Beijing.(2)The general belief in a just world played a mediating role between perceived discrimination and life satisfaction in migrant children, and the mediation effect was-0.10,accounting for 35.71%of the total effect.(3)Teacher support moderated the mediated path through the general belief in a just world. In the high teacher support group, the mediation effect was-0.13,accounting for 41.93%of the total effect; In the low teacher support group, the mediation effect was-0.08,accounting for 30.76%of the total effect.(4)The moderated mediation effect is significant in public schools(B=0.\0,P<0.05),but not in the migrant schools(B=0.05,p>0.05).Conclusion are as follows:(1)Children's discrimination perception, general just world belief, teacher support and life satisfaction have significant differences in gender, school type, grade and time.(2)Perceived discrimination of migrant children can not only directly predict life satisfaction, but also indirectly predict life satisfaction through the mediating effect of the general belief in a just world.(3)And this indirect effect of the general belief in a just world was affected by teacher support.Specifically, the indirect effect was stronger among the migrant children with high teacher support, than that with low teacher support.(4)The moderated mediation effect is significant in public schools; The mediated effect is significant, while the mediating effect is not,in migrant schools.
