Analysis On Profit Model Of Huace Film And Television Company In Internet Era

With the rapid growth of China's national economy,the national living standard has improved.The economic structure has been adjusted,and the proportion of the tertiary industry in GDP has increased.Cultural industry belongs to the tertiary industry.Under the background of consumption upgrading,people's growing spiritual and cultural needs make cultural industry an important part of the national economy.As a branch of cultural industry,film and television industry is closely related to national life.In recent years,with the in-depth development of the Internet and the continuous rise of new media,the concept of "internet plus" has been put forward.The changes in science and technology have also changed the development and competitive environment faced by film and television companies.In order to conform to the development of the times,in the Internet era,what is the profit model of Huace Film and Television Company,a leading enterprise in the film and television industry?What is the effect of the profit model adopted?Is there some problems?How to optimize the profit model?These are all issues worthy of our study,and at the same time have certain reference significance for other peer enterprises.Based on relevant theories,this paper selects Huace Television,a leading domestic film and television company,as the research object,and combines the characteristics of the Internet era and its impact on the film and television industry to analyze Huace's profit model from four aspects:profit point,profit source,profit lever and profit barrier.At the same time,choose the appropriate financial indicators to verify the financial effect of the profit model from five aspects:debt paying ability,operating ability,growth ability,profitability and profit quality.Finally,the study found that the diversified business development with IP all-round development is the core of Huace's profit model.Diversification and stability of product distribution channels and industry-leading big data support system are the reasons why Huace Film and Television maintains its leading position in the competition.However,this profit model also has some problems such as backward development of variety business,financing difficulties,low gross profit rate,high dependence on IP,insufficient debt paying ability and backward management of accounts receivable.This paper puts forward some optimization suggestions for these problems.
