Recently,a large number of studies have shown that pathological memory plays an important role in emotional disorders,so how to intervene in pathological memory has become a hot spot of recent clinical research.Among them, the theory of memory reconsolidation as a new way to change memory has attracted the attention of many theorists and practitioners.However.,there are still many controversies about how to achieve the goal of better intervention in pathological memory. In another research field, the role of the absence of Memory contextualization in the maintenance and development of mental disorders is gradually identified and confirmed.Because a reasonable guess is,can the process of memory reconsolidation enhance the contextualization of the original memory, thereby reducing trauma-related symptoms? This study aims to explore this conjecture by using the memory reconsolidation paradigm and the trauma simulation paradigm, and designs the following two studies:Study 1(N = 93)use the context memory task paradigm, with the method of signal detection theory, calculate the participants agree on the context and contextual restructuring pictures susceptibility differences between old-intact pictures and old-rearranged pictures as a memory of contextual indicators, and examined that if we can enhance the contextualization effect of the original memory by means of memory consolidation through memory consolidation paradigm. The results show that:(1)the contextual effect of neutral stimulus is significantly better than that of negative stimulus.(2)only in the case of no activation of the original memory, the operating program can significantly enhance the original memory of the contextual effect. It is partially proved that the process of memory reconsolidation can change the contextualization effect of the original memory.Research 2(N = 75)using the trauma simulation paradigm,Subject watch the trauma film and fulfill different experiment task.Trying to inspects the effct of activation and operation process on contextualization effect of the original memory memory. On the third day, using traumatic reaction, intrusive imagery and the characteristics of valence ratings of related images as the measurement. The results showed that:(1)the operation procedure led to the enhancement of the trauma response within three days after the experiment.(2)through the process of memory reconsolidation can significantly reduce the vividness and distress of triggered intrusive imagery, and does not affect the number of triggered intrusive imagery. It supports the hypothesis that traumatic symptoms can be reduced by the process of memory reconsolidation.
