Supermarket grassroots employees are usually expected to work with colleagues in other areas of the organization and provide face-to-face service to customers.In the process of these interactions,the grassroots employees of the supermarket need to abide by professional or organizational norms to express their feelings.When the inner feelings are not consistent with the performance of the feelings required by the organization,it will lead to emotional dissonance.How does the staffs emotion dissonance affect the health of the supermarket grass-roots?This paper takes the supermarket grassroots employees as the research object,and the subjects are 113 grassroots employees from the supermarket.For the study design,we conducted a five-weekday journal study to explore the effects of emotional dissonance in grassroots employees on two recovery indicators(fatigue and emotional exhaustion)of employees through rumination.This study is divided into five parts,the first part describes the concept,measurement and influencing factors of emotional disorders,affective rumination,two recovery indicators(fatigue and emotional exhaustion).The second part puts forward the research questions and hypotheses based on the research background and puts forward the research model.The third part introduces the research methods and procedures.A five-day log method questionnaire was distributed to 113 employees.The main content of the fourth part is to analyze the collected data.The result is:(1)emotional dissonance are positively correlated with affective rumination;(2)emotional dissonance are positively correlated with employees’night fatigue and emotional exhaustion;(3)affective rumination is positively correlated with night fatigue and emotional exhaustion;(4)affective rumination plays an intermediary role between)emotional dissonance and employees’fatigue and emotional exhaustion;(5)as the moderating variable of this study,supervisor support moderates the relationship between emotional dissonance and affective rumination;(6)moreover,the sense of supervisor support moderates the mediating effect of rumination on the relationship between emotional dissonance and employee fatigue and emotional exhaustion indicators.This study will discuss these issues and discuss the impact on the management of grassroots employees and future development research.
