Study On The Issues Of Public Cultural Service In Guyang County

The improvement of public cultural service level is the guarantee of the realization of people's cultural rights and the realistic need of people's growing beautiful life.Under the background of the increasing demand of the people for public cultural services and the increasing attention paid by the Party Central Committee to the issue of public cultural services,it is of great significance to study the issue of county public cultural services.Based on the theories of new public management and new public service,this paper systematically studies the development of public cultural services in Guyang County by using literature review,questionnaire survey,field survey and comparative analysis.It draws lessons from the advanced areas of public cultural development in the whole country and the development of public cultural services around Guyang County.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction.After synthesizing the viewpoints of scholars at home and abroad who have studied public cultural services from different angles in recent ten years,this paper summarizes the contents and methods of this study,and objectively points out the innovative points and shortcomings of this paper.The second part introduces the concept and characteristics of public cultural service,and elaborates on its theoretical basis.The third part analyses the results of the survey and concludes the current situation of the development of public cultural services in Guyang County.The fourth part summarizes the problems and causes of public cultural services in Guyang County through field research.The fifth part draws lessons from the experience of public cultural service development in Chaoyang District and Tuyouqi Banner of Baotou City,and summarizes the experience and Enlightenment Guyang County can learn from.The sixth part is about the problems and reasons of public cultural service in Guyang County.Based on the enlightenment and experience of advanced areas,it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of public cultural service in Guyang County.At present,there are few studies on County Public Cultural services,and even fewer studies on poor county public cultural services.To some extent,this study fills in the theoretical gap.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the construction of public cultural service system in Guyang County,the cultural life of the people in Guyang County and the supply of public cultural service in Guyang County,this paper explains the existing problems and their causes,draws on the experience of the development of public cultural service in advanced areas,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.It has an innovative reference significance for the future development of public cultural services in Guyang County and county,and provides a reference for the implementation of the strategy of cultural revitalization in the strategy of rural revitalization.
