The Research On Application Of 3D Printing Technology In Ceramic Moulding

Ceramic product has a long history,is not only closely related to human production and life,but also is the combination of science and art with cultural attributes.With the passage of time,the advancement of science and technology,the application of various new materials,the continuous development of ceramic design and moulding process,Nowadays the production of ceramic products has stepped into the stage of large-scale machine production from long-term individual manual.This paper takes the modeling of ceramic 3D printing product as the research object,and combines a large amount of data and practice to explore the application of 3D printing technology in ceramic moulding.In this paper,firstly,the development and changes of ceramic moulding and traditional hand-made ceramic technology are summarized by literature research.On this basis,the current situation of the application of 3D printing technology in the field of ceramics is explored.Secondly,through personal design and experiment,the operating principle of the machine in the ceramics 3D printing process and the characteristics of ceramic 3D printing modeling are summarized.Finally,according to the process characteristics of ceramic 3D printing combined with the principles of aesthetics and modeling design,several sets of ceramic modeling were designed and made by using the ceramic 3D printing technology.Hope to expand the space for ceramic modeling design to provide reference for the future development of ceramic modeling design.
