A Comparative Study Of Tang Dynasty Animal Pottery Sculptures In Shaanxi And Henan

In the Tang Dynasty,a large number of animal pottery sculptures were found in Shaanxi and Henan,while Xi’an City of Shaanxi Province and Luoyang City of Henan Province were the two capitals of the Tang Dynasty.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and study animal pottery sculptures of the Tang Dynasty in Shaanxi and Henan.This article is divided into three parts altogether:the first part lists and combs the tombs and kiln sites of animal pottery sculptures of the Tang Dynasty in Shaanxi and Henan;the second part compares the modeling styles of animal pottery sculptures of the Tang Dynasty in Shaanxi and Henan,comparing the types,shapes,glazes and production techniques of animal pottery sculptures respectively;the third part is the Tang Dynasty unearthed in Shaanxi and Henan.A comparative study of tombs and kilns of animal pottery sculptures;finally,a summary of comparative studies of animal pottery sculptures of Tang Dynasty in Shaanxi and Henan provinces,is a deepening of the full text.
