The aging and extinction of cultural relics is an irreversible natural law,but the aging of cultural relics can be delayed with the storage environment improved.The main factors influencing the long-term preservation of cultural relics collection including temperature and humidity,illumination,harmful gas and harmful organisms.So micro environment multi-parameter measurement and control system is researched,in which temperature and humidity and so on which influence cultural relics storage are monitored,the moisture content is controlled at the same time,to ensure that the cultural relics storage environment can meet the demand of management,to achieve the purpose of the preventive protection of cultural relics in the end.The instrument are designed and temperature and humidity sensor,light sensor,uv sensor,VOC sensor and CO2 sensors purchased are used to get the corresponding parameters in the system,meanwhile,the parameters are sent to manage computer and the humidity is adjusted by improved centralized control scheme.STM32 microcontrollers are used to achieve instruments' design named multiparameter measurement instrument and air flow distribution actuator.After hardware and software design are finished,these two types of instruments can communicate with each other.Module function of the instrument and overall measurement and control effect are debugged.Temperature and humidity,light,ultraviolet,VOC and CO2 can be monitored timely and efficiently in the system,and humidity of showcase can be controlled in time by actual test.Not only the environmental parameters affecting the preservation of cultural relics in the exhibition cabinet can be monitored in real time,but also the humidity in the exhibition cabinet can be controlled in the system.The illumination monitored in the system can range of of 0-2000 Lux,uv illumination range of 0-200 uw/cm2,VOC gas range of 1ppb-50 ppm,CO2 gas range of 0-2000 pmm,humidity control range of 30% RH-70 RH.The instruments can be conveniently arranged in the exhibition cabinet because of the small volume,to solve the problem that the humidity control instrument cannot be placed in the bottom or top of the cabinet due to insufficient space.Preventive monitoring method is provided by this system which can be widely used in cultural relics protection.
