Existing Problems And Improvement Measures Of Prefecture-Level City’s Public Cultural Service Supply

Entering the new era of socialism,the people’s living standards are rising day by day,coupled with the improvement of the level of popular appreciation,in the spiritual culture and public cultural Service content and other aspects put forward more requirements,and spiritual food is in line with the masses of the long-cherished desire to live in harmony with the inevitable requirements.Therefore,how to grasp the characteristics of the development of the Times,from a forward-looking perspective,the comprehensive integration of public cultural resources,and vigorously promote the construction of socialist public cultural services with Chinese characteristics,has increasingly become a necessary way to meet the cultural needs of the people,has become one of the important issues that must be studied at this stage.The thesis selects Yueyang City as its research object,takes the new public service theory as well as the new public management theory as its theoretical basis,and uses the methods of literature,questionnaires and field research to research the actual situation of public cultural service supply in Yueyang City.Firstly,it summarizes the achievements for the construction of public cultural services in Yueyang City.Through the investigation,it analyzes the problems existing in the its construction.The specific performances are that it is single in the supply subject of public cultural service,it is not high for the supply efficiency,it is insufficient for the capital investment,and it is thin for the talent team.The improvement for the supply capacity of the public cultural service of Yueyang Municipal Government should be realized from expanding the supply subjects,improving the supply mechanism,perfecting the financing mechanism and strengthening the construction of talents team for the public cultural services.The inquiry in the thesis will provide a reference for the construction of the public cultural service system in other regions of Hunan Province and other cities in the country with similar situations.In addition,it is of positive significance for promoting relevant scholars to conduct more in-depth exploration on the system.
