A Study On The Existentialist Poetics Of Haizi’s Poems

Haizi is a great national poet of our country.He is a polyhedron poet,all aspects of which are closely intertwined to form whole of self-contained.He draws on traditional Chinese culture and great poets’ experience of the world.Though he looked around the world,he was still root in China.He was born and died on the the land of China,exiled and returned home on this land.His happiness and suffering came from Chinese.In this land,he felt and wrote absurd spirit and shocking implication,which became an essential part of his daily existence.Although his works are autobiographical,he never stayed at the level of self-appreciation.And he stretched himself to reach the universal spirit of mankind directly.Haizi did not stay this daily attribute,but is constantly transcending himself.He used his body to take care of the earth,from the concept of water,motherhood to the thinking of fire and fatherhood,and call for the divine nature.Haizi’s text is a self-sufficient as a whole: the earth-wheat-hunger-illusion-the sun-fire-death-the earth.The unity of opposites appears everywhere in the text,such as breeding,birth-death,destruction,exile-return to home,the earth-sky,water,motherhood-fire,fatherhood,pain-happiness,autobiographical-universal,nationality-universality,etc.He said that poetry "is not a rhetorical exercise",but his poetic language has reached the stage of perfection,and he giveed full play to the function of rhetoric,which is derived from his unrestrained imagination,and his poetic language opens up more possibilities of text writing.His spirit of learning from tradition and challenging is also great.His reading quality and his ambition in poetic creation are beyond the most poets.He is influenced by Existentialism philosophy,so his life temperament is very similar to Nietzsche’s.And he is also effected by the concept of "eternal recurrence",which penertrates his life and text from the beginning to the end: birth-death-birth.Therefore,death and destruction seem to be easy and they are not doomed eternally but are the possibility of the beginning of transformation and cycle.Haizi coincided with Heidegger’s concept of existence,and he was deeply influenced by Jaspers in his creative concept.Haizi determined to practice the concept of "one-time poetic action" proposed by Jaspers.His poetic text is self-contained,huge and integral.An image in his poem always affects various implications and effects,and both he and his text are full of flesh and blood.This paper from the perspective of the Existentialism implications of his poems,looks into the relationship between his texts and the existence of life,and the emotional communication between individual life and human beings.Haizi’s poetry existential spirit characterized by anxiety,confusion,suffering,sympathy,absurd,worry,conscience,shock,contradiction,transcendence mood and effort.This paper attempts to analyse the existence of Haizi’s poetry from the absurdity of Haizi’s poetry implication,the spirit of shocking and transcendence,the morphology of exile and return home,the planning suicide and death aspects.Starting from Haizi’s poetry text and referencing his biography,this paper analyzes his existence state in the world,and focuses on the reflection of Haizi’s mental state in action and the situation of his mental state in the material world,so as to restore the image of the true poet.
