A Study On The Path Of College Students Participating In Cultural Poverty Alleviation

Poverty alleviation refers to helping poor areas from cultural and spiritual levels,thereby improving the quality of local people and getting rid of poverty as soon as possible.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized in the report of the 19 th National Congress: "It is our solemn commitment to let the poor and poor areas join the country in entering a comprehensive well-off society." With the rapid development of China's economic and social development,the problem of insufficiently balanced development has become increasingly prominent and has become a major contradiction in the new times.On the other hand,with the improvement of the living standards of the people in poverty-stricken areas and the improvement of material conditions,people's demand for spiritual culture has become more prominent.Cultural poverty alleviation has become an important part of poverty alleviation work in the new times.Traditional poverty alleviation focuses on economic materials,but poverty alleviation must first help the poor.Poverty-stricken areas must fundamentally change the face of poverty and backwardness.It is necessary to strengthen economic support and support the spirit,intelligence and culture of the poor.College students are an important force in participating in cultural poverty alleviation.College students mainly participate in cultural poverty alleviation through grassroots projects and voluntary practice services.However,while achieving affirmative results,there has been a lack of selection mechanisms for grassroots project personnel and volunteer service practitioners.The management mechanism is chaotic,the structure of the instructors is single,the sense of responsibility of volunteers is not strong,the frequency of poverty alleviation in colleges and universities is intermittent,the instability of poverty alleviation personnel,and the imbalance of poverty alleviation and development and low participation rate.The study found that these problems have both cognitive problems,organizational management mechanisms,and practical conditions for college students to participate effectively in cultural poverty alleviation.Targeting these problems and finding effective coping strategies and measures,giving full play to the effectiveness of college students' participation in cultural poverty alleviation has very important theoretical and practical significance for fundamentally realizing and consolidating poverty alleviation.This article is guided by Xi Jinping's precise poverty alleviation to improve theparticipation of college students in cultural poverty alleviation and to help them.A systematic analysis of the participation of college students in cultural poverty alleviation,the problems in participating in cultural poverty alleviation,and the measures to solve the problems of college students' participation in culture.On the basis of fully recognizing the objective conditions and constraints of college students' participation in cultural poverty alleviation and the possibility of solving them,the corresponding countermeasures and measures for cultivating the poverty alleviation of cultural poverty alleviation and promoting poverty alleviation are put forward.Including the working mechanism of innovation culture to alleviate poverty,adopting countermeasures such as accurate identification,ensuring the plasticity of college students to participate in cultural poverty alleviation,assisting precisely,improving the efficiency of college students participating in cultural poverty alleviation,accurately managing and ensuring the orderly nature of college students' cultural poverty alleviation.
