A Study Of The Cultural Connotation Of Patriotism In The New Era

In the long history of national and ethnic development,patriotism has always been a new topic,and the study of patriotism has been a prominent subject in cultural studies since ancient times.In essence,patriotism is a kind of culture,which represents different cultural implications in different historical periods.As Chinese characteristics socialism enters a new era,patriotism in today's increasingly strong China,and gradually moving towards the center of the world stage.Chinese characteristics socialism is bound to be endowed with a brand-new historical and cultural implications compared with the past.Based on the background of the new era of Chinese characteristics socialism,this thesis attempts to systematically sort out and studies the implication of patriotism from the perspective of culture.Through a systematic review of previous studies on patriotism,it can be found that the study of patriotism from the perspective of “emotion” is still the main theme of this study.The differences should reflected in the breadth and direction of the object of emotional expression.The new era calls for new ideas,which lead the new era.It is undoubtedly of great practical significance for us to cultivate and carry forward socialist core values,adhere to cultural self-confidence,and strive to promote the early realization of the great dream of national rejuvenation under the new era conditions and from the perspective of history and culture.Patriotism,as the core of Chinese culture,is the most essential expression of Chinese culture.In the long development of history and culture,the unique expression of patriotic culture also constitutes a beautiful cultural scenery line.In the sense of cultural etymology,this thesis first examines the origin of the concept of patriotism.Furthermore,it clarifies that patriotism is a rational sublimation of national feelings,and then tries to choose the good in the definition of patriotism at all times and in all over the world.Then,this thesis attempts to understand the theoretical connotation of patriotism from the unity of knowledge,will and action,and tries to integrate multi-disciplinary perspectives at the same time.To grasp the multiple theoretical dimensions of patriotism is to restore the basic theoretical aspects of patriotism in the intersection of multiple theoretical connotations and multi-dimensional theoretical dimensions.Secondly,from the perspective of historical and cultural changes,the basic characteristics of ancient patriotism,modern patriotism and new era patriotism are roughly sorted out.On this basis,it highlights the important cultural turn of patriotism in the new era,tries to explain the cultural essence of patriotism from the perspective of cultural memory,and then comprehensively and systematically interprets the cultural implication of patriotism in the new era from the dimensions of cultural identity,cultural self-confidence,cultural consciousness,cultural self-improvement and cultural security,so as to further clarify the cultivation and promotion of patriotism in the new era.The theoretical connotation and realistic path of promoting patriotism show the realistic possibility of reshaping the patriotic spirit of the new era with the force of cultural enlightenment,and strengthen the belief of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the unity of the theoretical logic of patriotism and the historical logic of cultural rejuvenation.
