social anxiety between class cadres and non-class cadres(P=0.010),which showed that the total score of social anxiety of freshmen as class cadres was 39.49±7.768,significantly lower than that of freshmen as non-class cadres 41.19±7.867.4.There was no significant difference in the total score of communication anxiety between freshmen with or without a history of major diseases and single parents(P=0.478,0.907).5.The difference in the total score of communication anxiety between the Only child and the Non-only child was statistically significant(P= 0.041),showing that the Only child in freshmen scored 39.78±8.018 on communication anxiety, significantly lower than the non-only child in freshmen scored41.09±7.749 on this factor.6.The birth order had no significant difference in the total score of social interaction anxiety among freshmen(P=0.268).7.The difference in the total score of communication anxiety between freshmen with or without left-behind experience was statistically significant(P=0.050),showing that freshmen with left-behind experience scored41.38±7.837,significantly higher than freshmen without left-behind experience 40.12±7.868.8.There was a significant difference in the scores of communication anxiety between freshmen from towns and freshmen from rural areas(P=0.003),showing that the scores of communication anxiety of freshmen from rural areas were 41.42±7.769,which was significantly higher than that of freshmen from towns in 39.57±7.882.9.Different family relationships have statistically significant differences in the total score of communication anxiety among freshmen(P=0.016),showing that freshmen with Immediate Family relationship have the lowest score of communication anxiety, freshmen with ordinary family relationships have the second highest score of communication anxiety, and freshmen with estranged family relationships have the highest score of communication anxiety.10.By comparing the correlation between communication anxiety score and self-acceptance and self-awareness,this study found that social anxiety of freshmen was negatively correlated with self-acceptance(r=0.000),significantly positively correlated with self-awareness,public awareness and social anxiety(r=0.304,0.218,0.572),and not significantly correlated with private awareness.12.Multiple regression analysis shows that self-acceptance level has a anxiety.13.Before intervention: the scores of communication anxiety scale in the experimental group and the control group were54.40±2.530 and 53.33±0.724,respectively,with no significant difference(P>0.05).The scores of self-acceptance scale in the experimental group and the control group were 54.07±9.153 and 54.53±5.423,respectively,with no significant difference(P>0.05).14.after the intervention, the scores of communication anxiety scale in the experimental group and the control group were 39.27±8.464 and 44.33±0.488,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The scores of self-acceptance scale in the experimental group and the control group were 71.27±8.964 and 57.87±4.897,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P< 0.01).14.there were significant differences in communication anxiety and self-acceptance between the experimental group and the control group(P< 0.01,0.01).The difference between the control group and the control group was also statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference between the control group and the control group before and after the self-acceptance intervention(P > 0.05).15.there were significant differences in communication anxiety and self-acceptance scores between the experimental group and the control group before and after intervention(P<0.05,0.01).Conclusion: 1.Freshmen have a high degree of social anxiety, which has a great negative influence on their self-acceptance and consciousness.2.As far as group counseling is concerned,Balint Groups activities for college students with social anxiety can better alleviate their social anxiety and improve their self-acceptance. |
