In the current state of affairs,as the demand for quality of Chinese language education and the number of learners have increases in Korea,the current official education plans are no longer satisfactory for meeting the needs of Chinese learners.Because it is difficult for the regular Chinese learning process to be satisfied with the needs of the learners,commercial Chinese language education and HSK training institutes have started to grow dramatically.As a result,the author is going to analyze the training program Apple Chinese,originating from the city of Wonju-shi,Gangwon-Do in Korea,and assess the current state of the organization,its existing issues,as well as suggestions for potential improvement in delivering quality education of the Chinese language.The primary research method of analysis in the paper will be documentary research,questionnaires,and interviews.Documentary research is used for understanding the current status of Chinese language education in Korea as a whole,while questionnaires and interviews are conducted to understand the efficacy of Apple Chinese's education goals;by understanding the structure of Apple Chinese,along with its educators and students,we can delve into the issues relating to Chinese language education faced by both Apple Chinese and the Koreans.Finally,to improve the efficacy of Chinese language education administered by Apple Chinese,the author will give some recommendations,detailed below.In the first section,this paper's investigative goals and meaning,as well as concepts pertaining to the administration of foreign language education in Korea,particularly the Chinese language,will be declared and analyzed.In the second section,the official Chinese language education plans in Korea will be introduced,and subsequently compared with the current state of education plans in Apple Chinese's language program.The third section's primary goal is to investigate the qualifications of the educators within Apple Chinese's education programs,as well as the state of affairs for the students.The investigation will include the educators' nationalities,sex,major,and educational history.For the students,their motivations for learning Chinese and the results of their education will be looked into.As for the institution of Apple Chinese,we will check its education materials,facilities for lessons,and methods of teaching.The fourth section will summarize the information from the previous three sections,from the classrooms and teachers to the education material,and analyze them to identify existing issues with the Chinese language education in Apple Chinese.The fifth section will use the issues identified in the fourth section as evidence to provide valuable feedback and suggestions on amelioration to improve the efficacy and benefits of Chinese language education as a whole in Korea.Finally,the author will summarize this paper as a whole,note the points of interest within this journal,and areas not touched on that could use further improvement.
