Interactive Research On New Media Installation Art

In the context of the modern-contemporary art development,installation art played an important role of the movement.The installation art has undergone an evolving process from the initial stacking of ready-made products,collage art to the integration with video art.With the development of science and technology,new media and materials have made the form and concept of installation art more diverse and open in the context of the integration of art and technology.As a result,new media installation art has emerged.The art of new media installations is a fusion of art and technology in the information age.The interaction is rooted in it and gives the experimental spirit of new media installations.This paper mainly researches on the interaction of installation art,focuses on the interaction between the viewer and the work,explores the artistic features and attributes of the interactive installation art works.Firstly,it combs the historical context of the development of installation art,discusses the essential features and concept connotation of installation art,and defines the concept of "interaction".Based on the study of the origin and development of interaction,the interactive formal language in the installation art is discussed through the research of Nam June Paik,Katarina Weslien and Daniel Rozin's interactive device cases with new media,and concludes that artists have been constantly exploring the creation experiments of new media and new materials.It is the experimental spirit that made the installation art continuously developed and improved,making advances in theory and practice.Furthermore,through the analysis of the classic art of installation art in the new media environment,the author summarizes and demonstrates the expression and presentation of the diversity of formal language in the new media installation art,the influence of interaction relationship in the new media installation works to the artist and the viewer in terms of ideas and forms.Finally,from the diversification of the connotation of artistic conception and interactive experience in the context of new media,the interpretation of interactive relations has gradually become a new art form and aesthetic method in the new media installation art.The paper also illustrates the relationship between the aesthetic subject and art communication.
