| Internet era,because of the instant messaging equipment,most employees have been unable to distinguish the boundaries of work,long-term to cope with high-intensity work,faced with great work pressure.Among them,with the implementation of a comprehensive quality of education,teachers in this career to cultivate a generation after generation in line with the development of talent at the same time,the community is also more stringent requirements to them.How to balance life and work,having a effective recovery from the high work pressure in time,improve job performance,improve career well-being have been become the focus of attention in recent years.In abroad,there has a number of studies about the recovery of experience and work engagement,a wide range of subjects,but directly for the primary school teachers has not yet seen.There is only one literature on the work engagement and recovery of experience of primary school teachers so far,but it is a horizontal study and no other variables involved.Therefore,to carry out the study of the resumption of experience in the context of Chinese culture,it is necessary to revise the foreign experience questionnaire,which is the first part of this study.The second part of this study is to explore the interaction between recovery experience(psychological detachment,relaxation)and work engagement through cross-lag model and the role of AB personality by Multiple group comparisons.The data were collected daily on five working days(Monday to Friday as T1 to T5)to explore whether there was a mutual predictive effect between the recovery experience(psychological detachment,relaxation)and work engagement of primary school teachers.In addition,the second part of this study introduces the A/B type personality as a regulatory variable,anduses the structural equation model to compare whether there are significant differences in the personality characteristics of the cross-lag model.In the first part of this study,237 parents of junior high school students were selected as subjects,and the questionnaire was reconstructed through the network for translation,translation and correction.The results show that the Chinese version of the recovery experience questionnaire has a good reliability and validity.The αcoefficient of the total score is.871,and the α coefficient of each sub-dimension is between.807 and.869.The load factor is between.584 and.890,with an average factor of.762.χ2 /df is 2.768,CFI,NFI and IFI are.911,.869 and.9912,RMSEA is.087,the model is well fitted.In the second part of this study,150 teachers in a primary school were selected as the subjects,using the recovery experiences questionnaires,work engagement questionnaire and the AB behavior questionnaire as the tool,using the cross lag and the multiple group comparison method to explore the mutual predictive relationship between the variables.The results of the second part of this study were as followed:(1)The level of psychological detachment of primary school teachers was negatively correlated with the work engagement,the level of mastery experience and control was positively correlated with work engagement,the correlation between relaxation and work engagement was not significant.(2)The degree of psychological detachment of primary school teachers at T1,T2 and T3 can significantly predict the level of work engagement at T1,T2 and T3,and the work engagement at T4 have a significant negative prediction with T5 time points of psychological detachment,there is a longitudinal cross-prediction role.(3)There is a significant difference in the cross-prediction of psychological detachment and work engagement between primary school teachers of type A personality and type B personality.that is,there is a moderation role in the path of T2 psychological detachment on T2 work engagement,A-type personality of primaryschool teachers have a greater predictive effect than the B-type personality of primary school teachers.Finally,I hope that through the conclusions of this study,to alleviate the work pressure of primary school teachers,timely recovery from the work pressure to protect the physical and mental health,improve job performance,provide some theoretical reference for school management. |
