The Study Of Impacts Of Cultural Industry Cluster On Economic Growth Under Spatial Spillover Effect

Cultural industry is an industry with coexistence of value attribute and ideology,features of high knowledge,high value-added and high permeability.That high knowledge and high value-added make the cluster development of cultural industry have the characteristics of increasing marginal benefits.The high permeability makes it easier for cultural industry cluster to overflow cultural elements to other industries and other regions,resulting in spatial spillover effect,thus extending the industrial chain and adding new economic growth points.The 12th five-year plan put forward "developing cultural industry is the pillar industry".In 2016,the added value of cultural industry reached 3078.5 billion yuan,accounting for 4.1%of GDP.Cultural industry has gradually become an important industry to promote economic development.The number of cultural industrial parks in China is increasing and the cluster development of cultural industry has become a trend.Based on previous studies and theoretical knowledge,this paper analyzes the impact of cultural industry cluster on economic growth from the perspective of spatial spillover effect,which is conducive to the cultural industry to play a better role in the bond.Firstly,the situation of Chinese cultural industry cluster and cultural industry is analyzed and the degree of cluster of Chinese cultural industry is analyzed by using location entropy and industry concentration degree.The spatial correlation of cultural industry cluster is measured by using Moran's I index.Secondly,the spatial measurement method is used to empirically explore the relationship between cultural industry cluster,spatial spillover and economic growth,and relevant suggestions are given according to the conclusions.This paper analyzes from the perspective of space and time,which is innovative compared with the previous studies which were mostly carried out from the perspective oftime.Through the theoretical and empirical research in this paper,the degree of cultural industry cluster in Chinese 31 provinces is constantly strengthened,and there are regional differences.Cultural industrial cluster has an obvious positive effect on economic growth.However,from the perspective of regional analysis,the relationship of cultural industrial cluster and economic growth in the eastern region fails to pass the significance test under the spatial spillover effect,while there is a significant effect in the central and western regions.Therefore,according to the analysis and research,it is necessary to promote the cluster development of cultural industry and give full play to the scale effect of cultural industry.Eastern and western regions should formulate the correct development route according to local conditions;Cultural industrial cluster should support the full training of creative personnel and management personnel to provide intellectual support,encouraging interregional cooperation for development.
