Study Of The Special Cultural Industry Cluster In Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone

After State Council approved "The Planning of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone ", it is the first national development strategy for Jiangxi Province since the founding of new China. It is to be the focus how to protect Poyang Lake while developing or how to develop in protection. As an emerging cultural industry with the low-cost, non-polluting, high-yield, positively characters which responses to the development strategy of Poyang Lake and compliances with the Clean Development Mechanism of low-carbon economy. The Cultural industry can not only meet the growing spiritual needs, but also will a new growing point of economy. According to the utility theory and practice of industry cluster, it can plug wings for the development in Poyang Lake zoon to develop cultural industry in the zoon. The main purpose of this paper is to provide references for the construction of Poyang Lake Zone from the perspective of the cultural industry. In this paper, combining the method of industry cluster theory, regional economic theory, cultural industry theory to research the subject. The main contents are as follows:After the analysis of the development of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone and the conditions of cultural industry, to propose the emphases of cultural industry and the development pattern of the developing emphases; Finally, to put forward relevant suggestions. According to the studies, the cultural industry cluster is still in its infancy. Because of the limit of human resource, material and financial resource, we should focus on several industries, such as the animation industry, film industry, ceramic industry in Jingdezhen, the publishing industry and tourism. The mode should be adopted the government guidance mainly, to build the industry park for example. The pattern of spontaneous formation should be also developed.
