This paper studies the application of chunk teaching in oral Chinese class as a foreign language,and the influence of chunk teaching on oral fluency.This paper combines with practice,through the observation of real classroom practice,statistics of teachers use of chunk teaching and analysis of changes in foreign students’ oral fluency,so as to study the impact of teacher use of chunk teaching on students’ oral fluency.The advantage of chunk teaching is that it combines grammar,semantics and pragmatics.When students receive oral input,they can take language units as a whole to help students remember and express their spoken language.In the process of learning Chinese,how to improve the fluency of spoken language is the most difficult problem to solve.Through a large number of classroom observations,this paper studies the impact of the application of chunk teaching on oral fluency,hoping to better help foreign students improve their oral expression ability,and provide valuable reference for teachers on how to use chunk teaching reasonably.Aiming at the teaching of spoken Chinese as a foreign language,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the relationship between chunk teaching and foreign students oral fluency from the perspectives of teachers and students.Based on the research results of experts and scholars at home and abroad,this paper draws a conclusion that the balanced use of lexical chunks in oral class can promote the improvement of students oral fluency.This paper is divided into five parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly describes the reasons and significance of the study,literature review and the research status of foreign and domestic chunk teaching,research objects and methods,and research limitations.Chapter two is the theoretical basis of chunk teaching,including Krashen hypothesis,psychological theory and pragmatics theory.Chapter three is a case study of chunk teaching in spoken Chinese class for foreigners.The main purpose of this study is to understand the use of chunk teaching in spoken Chinese class for foreigners by observing and recording the real classroom and then manually transcribing it.It mainly includes the following four classroom links: the application analysis of new words,the application analysis of text and explanation links,and the display of grammar.The last part of this chapter includes a summary with application analysis of explanation,demonstration of exercises and application analysis of explanation links.Chapter Four is mainly based on the oral test conducted at the beginning of the semester and at the end of the semester,to measure and analyze the foreign student oral fluency,and to further study the influence of chunk teaching on students’ oral fluency.The fifth chapter is the conclusion,including the conclusion of this paper and the relevant suggestions for oral class according to the conclusion of this paper,hoping to provide valuable reference for oral teaching of Chinese as a foreign language. |
