| Intangible cultural heritage is intangible spiritual wealth and a valuable national cultural treasure house in every country.To protect the intangible cultural heritage of our country actively and effectively can promote the whole process of the development strategy of the cultural power,The media should shoulder the responsibility of propagandist and guide in the process.The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is located in the northern border areas of China.The vast land and unique natural resources have given this land a rich and precious intangible cultural heritage.As the party newspaper of the autonomous region,Inner Mongolia Daily has the responsibility to publicize and protect the intangible cultural heritage in the region,so as to achieve the purpose of propaganda and protection of the intangible cultural heritage in the region,and at the same time to attract the attention of local residents to the intangible cultural heritage.This article analyzes the reports of the Inner Mongolia Daily(Chinese version)within one year after the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region implemented the "Regulations on the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region"(July 1,2017-July 1,2018).Strive to clarify how the "Inner Mongolia Daily"(Chinese version)conducts the "non-legacy" report in the region,what kind of reporting framework is used,and what function its report has played,and then explore how to better carry out the "non-legacy" report in the region.Through the quantitative analysis of the content of its news reports,it is clear that the current status of the "non-legacy" reports in the region plays a fundamental role in the next framework analysis.Through analysis of its reporting framework,it is found that there are three thematic frameworks for reporting: propaganda protection,dilemma discussion,and challenge supervision.The news schema is a "total score" structure.With government initiatives,publicity,and character stories as the topics of the three major events to launch a report on the relevant "non-legacy" projects in the region,the text organization style is clear,and the picture elements are widely used.The author found that "inner Mongolia daily"(Chinese version)attaches importance to the intangible cultural heritage inheritance and protection,pays attention to the "non-legacy" inheritors,focuses on the national level andinner Mongolia autonomous regional intangible cultural heritage reports,and leads us into the mysterious northern cultural heritage in the way of drawing and writing.The author summarizes that the functions of the report in Inner Mongolia Daily(Chinese version)mainly include popularizing the knowledge of intangible cultural heritage in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,consolidating social consensus,and promoting national cultural identity.Create the cultural atmosphere of the autonomous region and supervise the protection work of the "non-legacy" in Inner Mongolia.In the end,based on the results of the interview,we think about the local "non-legacy" report of Inner Mongolia Daily(Chinese version)at this stage,and think that the factors that affect the formation of its reporting framework mainly include law,culture,and media factors.In its future reports,it should be based on local culture and maintain its own characteristics;Create regional cultural colors;At the same time,it is proposed to further enrich the relevant "non-legacy" knowledge of cultural journalists,so as to improve the construction of the "non-legacy" reporting team in newspaper. |
