As a key part of overall national strength, culture is a 'soft power' receiving much concern in international competition. Communication is a sustained impetus for the development of culture. Meanwhile, the transform on communication modes has an important effect on the development of culture. However, with a communication revolution aroused by network communication, culture has been facing challenges and opportunities.The excellent culture, original from 5000 years of Chinese civilization, brings up various and characteristic national cultures and regional cultures. Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has a unique cultural atmosphere composed by diversiform natural views, centuries-old cultural history and national features, which forms an imponderable cultural capital and has a significant effect on building a cultural region as well as the economic development. Hence, at the age of network communication, how to combine the cultural capital with network communication has gradually became a vital task for us now.This paper consists of three parts as follows:Partâ… : A summary on cultural communication in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It focuses on the importance of network cultural communication, the cultural connotation for Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the situation on the development of network in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Partâ…¡: The analyses on leading cultural networks in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
