Current Situation And Developing Strategies Of Cultural Websites In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

As a key part of overall national strength, culture is a 'soft power' receiving much concern in international competition. Communication is a sustained impetus for the development of culture. Meanwhile, the transform on communication modes has an important effect on the development of culture.
