In recent years,Mobile learning has received more and more attention in the field of education,Learner-centered education APP gradually plays an important role in education.The ARCS Motivation Model was proposed by American scholars in 1987,based on the domestic and overseas research works,we found that this model is mostly used in courseware design,multimedia product development,CAI and E-learning learner analysis,to motivate the learner's motivation.The learning of learners in mobile learning is influenced by many aspects,and motivation is one of the important factors that determines the learning efficiency of learners.Therefore,using The ARCS Motivation Model to design mobile learning APP,to stimulate and maintain the learner's learning motivation,is of great significance to promote learners' independent learning and improve learner's learning time utilization and learning satisfaction.Based on the existing research,this paper designs and develops the English listening app based on ARCS Model based on the user needs of listening learning APP and the existing technical means.The APP not only can perform listening learning and detection in real time,but also adds "reading" and "shorthand" functions on the basis of the existing functions of other listening apps on the market,hoping to provide new ideas and new directions for the development of college English listening APP.In traditional classroom teaching,we are used to using teachers as the main body of classroom teaching.The advantage is that it is convenient for teachers to effectively lead classroom teaching activities.The shortcoming is that it ignores the initiative of students and cannot teach students in accordance with their aptitude.Different from traditional learning,E-learning can be combined with the actual situation to choose the actual learning process,which can fully mobilize the learner's subjective initiative.The blended learning mode combines the advantages of online teaching and traditional classroom teaching,which emphasizes the importance of teacher teaching and emphasizes the subjectivity of learners'learning,conduciving to the teaching effect of teachers and the improvement of learners'learning effects.Applying blended learning to college students' English listening classroom teaching will help learners achieve true self-learning,enhance their innovative spirit and awareness and ability to use mobile learning devices for learning.The thesis uses research methods such as Literature Research Method,Experimental Research Method,Interview Methods and Questionnaire Survey Method.Guided by the theory of ARCS motivation model,this paper designs and develops college English listening learning APP,and combines the needs of college students' English listening learning and English listening teacher teaching,and refers to the process model theory of"dominant-subject" teaching design to the mixed English based on mobile learning APP.Listening course for instructional design,and implement relevant teaching experiments.The experimental results show that the mixed English listening classroom teaching has a significant effect on the teacher's classroom teaching effect and the learne's listening learning effect.
