| In recent years,academic achievements for Thai Chinese volunteers have emerged,but in general,there are relatively few investigations and studies focus on volunteers of Chinese teachers in the Vocational Education Commission.The thesis takes the volunteers of Chinese teachers of the Thai Vocational Education Commission as the research object,based on the author’s personal experience,through questionnaires,interviews and other research methods,and strives to conduct an objective and comprehensive investigation of this group from five aspects.Including the background of the Thai Vocational Education Commission,the size of the Thai Chinese teacher volunteer group,the school and teaching situation of the Vocational Education Committee Chinese teacher volunteers,the volunteer life and psychological situation of the Vocational Education Commission Chinese teacher volunteers,the Vocational Education Commission Chinese teacher volunteering Resignation and retention.The survey results show that the Chinese language teaching of the Vocational Education Commission still lacks a standardized Chinese system,lacks sufficient attention to Chinese,and lacks academic cooperation between China and Thailand.In response to these problems,relevant suggestions have been put forward from the three aspects of the Thai Chinese Teacher Volunteer Program,vocational colleges,and China and Thailand.Such as strengthening the academic cooperation between China and Thailand,establishing a standardized Chinese teaching system for the Vocational Education Commission,and volunteering.Hand over the work and build a job platform for returning volunteers.Finally,from the three aspects of preparation,work and life,writing a proposal for the volunteers of the Chinese Vocational Education Committee of the Thai Vocational Education Commission.As a supplement to the Handbook of hanban,it will provide reference for future volunteers of the Vocational Education Commission. |
