Research On The Image Of Shuxiang In Zuozhuan

Shuxiang is a famous officials during the ChunQiu period,roughly Zichan and Yanzi similar to the fame at the same time.Based on ZuoZhuan,this paper studies the image of Shuxiang.Shuxiang lived in the Jin during the Chunqiu period.Due to the weak patriarchal idea of Jin and the humble position of its public office,the Qing nationality gradually came to power.As the noble of Jin,the rise and fall of Yangshe's family was also influenced by the decline of Jin's imperial power.Shuxiang's growing environment and family culture had a great influence on the cultivation of his character.In ZuoZhuan,Shuxiang was impartial and selfless in dealing with affairs,good at understanding people and employing persons.He was gentle and firm in diplomacy,and was able to put forward reasonable suggestions for the king of Jin or the RulingQing at the right time.The reason why Shuxiang was able to do justice and selflessness for the country regardless of political situation came from his belief in the ZhouLi.Shuxiang believed in ZhouLi,no matter for himself,the country,the people or the society.ZuoZhuan used a lot of ink to write Shuxiang.First of all,its careful selection of materials and description combined with positive and lateral aspects make Shuxiang's image full and three-dimensional,and a large number of individualized language descriptions make Shuxiang's image vivid.Moreover,through comparative description,it deeply depicts the typicality of Shuxiang.In the shaping of Shuxiang's image,author's well-intentioned,are everywhere permeated.In the era of great reform when rites collapsed and music disappeared,the desire for virtuous officials and the promotion of rites are the expectations of the times and the appeal of the author of ZuoZhuan.Shuxiang is one of a typical character in ZuoZhuan.Based on previous studies,this paper tries to make a more profound interpretation of Shuxiang.
