Integrated Concert Organization Management Research

The integrated concert is a concert composed of a variety of musical performances,covering solo,chorus,ensemble and other forms of performance.Due to the variety of performances,relative to solo,or a single type of concert,it gives listeners more choices.The integrated concert is also one of the more advanced and widely used forms of stage performances in various types of concerts.In recent years,with the vigorous development of China's music culture industry,the cultural market environment is changing with each passing day,and the corresponding cultural and artistic organization management philosophy is relatively lagging.This paper aims to explore and study the management mode of integrated concerts,making it more conducive to the spread and popularization of music art.According to the literature search,the research on organization and management of integrated concert performances seems to have yet to start.The author has long been involved in the research planning,organization and management of integrated concert performances,combined with relevant theoretical knowledge,from how to scientifically organize and manage integrated concerts to improve the tradition.The shortcomings in the concert,the improvement of the organization and system construction of the integrated concert performance,and the improvement of the quality of the concert performance,etc.Through the discussion and research on the organization and management of integrated concerts,we have explored a set of scientific and effective management theories and management mechanisms to improve the management level of integrated concerts in the current music culture market in China,improve the quality of performances,and improve operational efficiency.Expanding social influence has important roles and significance.In addition,the management theory and experience of integrated concerts can also provide reference for other types of concert organization management and market operations.
