The Application Of Dunhuang Pattern In Ceramic Decoration Works

In traditional Chinese painting art,dunhuang frescoes are undoubtedly one of the most special.It combines the characteristics of Chinese and western painting,which includes the distinctive lines in Chinese painting and the color expression of western painting.Ceramic art is also a kind of art that has been spread to the present as a traditional art.The ceramic art is as expressive as the dunhuang frescoes in color,and the plasticity of ceramic materials is more conducive to the expression of any technique or emotion,and its materials are immortal for thousands of years.Different from the confident and vibrant state of dunhuang frescoes,In China today,most people become numb under the pressure of life and work.This paper analyzes some decorative patterns in dunhuang frescoes,to design two sets of decorative works combined with ceramics by semi-three-dimensional,hyperbole and deformation of the volume grass grain and tree pattern,and the works are decorated with different techniques such as shallow relief,engraved lines and colored glaze,hoping to achieve better results.The purpose is to enable people to see or use the works,which can arouse their interest in traditional culture and the pursuit of a better life.
