This paper takes Burma Mandalay Inwa school normal situation of native Chinese teachers' training as samples,via literature analysis,data collection,expert interviews,comparative analysis,to explore the Inwa school's native Chinese teacher training situation,and discuss the current local Chinese teacher of Inwa school training problems and countermeasures.By describing the training status of Inwa school normal students,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the training situation of the students,and puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions for improving the training situation of Inwa school students that has based on the current situation of transformation and upgrading of Chinese education in Burma.This full text contains an introduction and four chapters.The introduction includes the purpose and significance of the study,research ideas and methods,the research status,and the definition of the concept.It briefly describes the development of Chinese education in Mandalay,Burma.Also it explains the creativity of this paper.The first chapter expounds the practical needs of Burma's training of local Chinese teachers by combing the development and current situation of local Chinese teachers,the difficulties that faced by Chinese teachers and the advantages and importance of training local Chinese teachers.The second chapter objectively describes the situation of Inwa school training local Chinese language teachers,teaching kindergarten,elementary school,middle school were briefly described in detail of normal kindergarten class and normal class students,curriculum,teaching practice,and analyzes the features of the training of teachers in class and normal class.The third chapter is analyzes the significance and problems of the Inwa school training of native Chinese teachers in Mandalay,Burma.The fourth chapter puts forward some pertinent countermeasures and suggestions based on the reality of the education of Chinese in Burma.In the conclusion,we will sort out the structure of this paper and point out the shortcomings of this paper,in order to dedicate some values in the training of Chinese teachers in Burma.The analysis found that the training situation of students is not proficient among Inwa school's students.The classes are not fully used,and the practical curriculum is not actually practical.There is a very small portion of graduates who are willing to continue to study,most of the graduates have no certificates,the management of the school is too optimize,Chinese teacher occupation attraction is not too high.To solve these problems above,the author thinks that we should consummate the Inwa school's standard training,improve training objectives,optimize Chinese school management system,change the education concept,highly implement the stander and strict procedure to reach the goals.Moreover,followed by reference to domestic and foreign students' curriculum design framework,it is the propose to stander the students.Finally,we should seek for China to Burma Chinese school funding and the policy support.Strength the communication,and seek the Burma government policy support,in order to develop the Chinese education in Burma.
