Chinese Traversing TV drama program appeared in the 1990s,and increased gradually in new century.The year 2011 even was called "the Traversing TV drama Year ".Too many Traversing TV drama programs were produced such as volcanic eruptions.However,the Traversing TV drama program came down from Boiling point to freezing point directly in 2012,because the State Administration of Radio and Television inhibited the Traversing TV drama program broadcasting on the main channels at prime time.Regretly,this prohibition leads to lots of problems to be solved and lots of unclear conclusions have been forgotten.The study on the Traversing TV drama program is almost stagnant.Regarding on the topic of Chinese Traversing TV drama program,this dissertation aims to comb the development history of Chinese Traversing TV drama program,Summarize the creative performance and creative features of it and explore the concept of "traversing" deeply.By comparing the gaps between Chinese and foreign works in terms of forms,subject matter,and other aspects,identify the artistic flaws of Chinese Traversing TV drama program.Regard on the issues worthy of attention in the creation and try to explore the causes of these flaws,and give suggestions in order to help the Chinese Traversing TV drama program break out from the dilemma.At the same time,try to find the solution to resolve some misunderstandings about "traversing",which is just a narrative techniques.In the introduction of this dissertation,the background,the unfavorable situation of the Traversing TV drama program and the disparity between Chinese and other countries'superior programs will be analyzed.At the same time,some disagreements and defects about the Traversing TV drama program such as the definition on"traversing" is unclear,the new communication context is missing and the conclusion about TV genre is unconvincing.These will be pointed out in order to proposed the main opinion and the innovations of this study:Focus on not only the defects of creation,but also the reasons of these defects.Research on the development of Chinese Traversing TV drama program in the new communication context and try to provide suggestions for the breakthrough of domestic productions from the point of view of media integration.The first chapter purposes on combing the development track of the Traversing TV drama program.The consumer age and the literary basis offered the main opportunity.Divide the Traversing TV drama program into four phases:"budding period" "peak period" "stagnation period and " post-traversing period".Corrected the misunderstanding about the source of the Traversing TV drama program.Then,introduces the features of the Traversing TV drama program from structure,content,character and narrative perspective:The circular timeline,the contradistinction between two spaces,the stories about love and hero,the flat character and the thin relationship between the characters.The narrative perspective changes from "Zero focus" to "Inner focus".The following chapter is the core part in this paper.By comparing the differences in aesthetics,content,theme value,ergodic forms,and character dynamics among similar works between local and overseas,a large number of Chinese and foreign theatrical articles are listed,summarizing the current artistic defects of China's trapezoidal opera.foreign.Because:aesthetic aesthetics is superficial to entertainment,the form of traversal is too simple,content is single,and there is no subjective subjectivity.At the same time,it affirms the superiority of "Traversing" as a narrative technique in the transformation of perspectives.In the second quarter,the author discussed the main and objective aspects of the causes of the defects in the production of home television dramas,namely,the creator's art lacks credibility,lack of creative sources,numerous policy obstacles,and lack of a complete film criticism system..The last chapter provides suggestions for the Chinese Traversing TV drama program such as build a new system of Traversing Drama,leverage new communication environment and integrate the national characteristics and scientific spirit,Hoping it can break out and develop well in different communication context.In the process of the discussion,attention has been paid to the new appearance of the domestic Traversing Net drama program in the past few years.To draw a short conclusion,this dissertation makes a comprehensive study on the Traversing TV drama program,comparing Chinese and foreign excellent cases.The study aims to finding the nature of this TV program-making phenomena and breaking the bias about it regardless of established stereotypes.Most importantly,emphasizing the problems in the creation of domestic crossover and the reasons behind the problems and defining the ambiguous statement in the academia.Hopefully,this would provide a new approach to reevaluation and rediscovering of "Traversing TV drama program".
