The period from Xuande to Tianshun in the Ming Dynasty was a period of steady development and rising of the state power,including the official system,and also a period of frequent natural disasters.The emergence of famine brought different degrees of influence to the country and society.In order to help and prevent famine,the supervisory systems,including imperial history,governor,patrol,capital court,are all involved in the corresponding disaster response process.They are reporting,prospecting,and rescuing disasters.Disaster prevention and a series of disaster response links are performing their own duties,which has laid an extremely important foundation stone for the successful completion of disaster relief and prevention work,and the construction system of famine administration in the Ming Dynasty has been further improved.At the same time,famine,in turn,has had a corresponding impact on the population of imperial history,such as the direct or indirect transfer of personnel to imperial history as a result of the good or bad of the disaster,etc.In addition,Through all kinds of excellent performance in the disaster response,the officials who were promoted to the post of the imperial history officials have promoted the overall quality of the officials,punished the evil spirits,and clarified that the administration of officials is naturally brought about by the famine,which should be the meaning of the indirect problems.From the frame of the article,there are five chapters,except the first chapter and the 5th chapter as the basic introduction and summary,the second,third and fourth are the key parts of the article,especially the third and 42 th chapters as the core content of the article.The second chapter introduces the basic situation of imperial history and the general situation and characteristics of disasters during the period from Xuande to Tianshun in Ming Dynasty.The third chapter is to divide the concrete behaviors of officials of imperial history into reporting,prospecting and disaster relief in the whole process of disaster response.Four links of disaster prevention reflect their responsibilities,and then theeffect of response to disasters in history is objectively stated and analyzed,and the further elaboration of the system of famine administration is further improved by consciously or unintentionally perfecting the system of famine administration.Chapter 4th focuses on the adverse effects of famine on the history of natural disasters,and the effectiveness of disaster response has contributed to the personnel changes of officials in the history of imperial history.And on the basis of the change of personnel in the official field,it further led to the clarification of the administration of officials throughout the official field.This was a "surprise surprise" in addition to the huge loss of personnel and property caused by famine,and the improvement of the administration of officials further consolidated the stability of the Ming government's rule.The Ming Dynasty was firmly forward on its original track.
