The Land Distribution In Land Reform And Its Economic Effects

Land is the fundamental guarantee of peasants’ living,the farmer’s problems be solved or not directly affect the development of our country,and the key to solve the problems is to solve the problems of land.As a self-sufficient traditional country,land is the main materials of production,the possession of land influences people’s living conditions deeply.Before the land reform,the possession and allocation of land in Hanyang County was extremely unreasonable,it hindered the development of productive forces and social progress,the life of "impoverished" class was very poor.In 1950,the government of Hanyang County regarded the liberation and development of the productivity as a starting point for the land reform.Profound changes had taken place in the land property rights,it effectively restrained the deformity of rural land possession structure,the rural economic structure and production features had changed,land reform created huge economic effects..This paper selects Hanyang County,Wuhan,Hubei Province as the breakthrough point of land reform research based on interviewing ten experienced old men who took part in the land reform and using empirical research method,case study,literature analysis and other research methods,this paper trying to analyze the changes of the"impoverished" class and the land distribution in land reform,the redistribution of land stimulated the farmer’s labor enthusiasm,agricultural production efficiency was improved,it created economic effects.
